Our operation hours and our operation protocol have changed due to the COVID-19 virus. We have to comply with the American Veterinary Medical Association’s guidelines for operation at this time.
We are limiting our hours of operation and it is suggested by the AVMA that we only see true emergencies.
In order to keep moving forward we have limited staff at this time.
We ask that owners remain in their vehicles and call to check in with the front desk. We will ask pertinent questions about your pet over the phone to get a history. We will take your pet into the hospital to have the exam completed by the Doctor and then we will discuss with you over the phone what was found and what diagnostics may be needed.
This is to limit exposure to our staff and to keep serving our clients. We are sorry for any inconvenience. We feel this is the safest way to see our patients at this time.
Our hours of operation will be fluid and updated daily.
If you need med refills – Leave a message and we will get it completed as soon as we can. As always we ask that you do not wait until the last dose to ask for a refill.
If you would like to make an appointment please leave us a message and we will call you back and set up the appointment. We value our clients and greatly appreciate your understanding and patronage.
If we are open we will be answering the phones.
We hope this all calms down soon so we can go back to business as usual.
Thank you,
DDS vet
